Fieldstone at Commack II is a 98-unit 55+ affordable rental community located in Commack, NY. Twelve (12) units are designated as affordable and are subject to income and rent guidelines.
Program Guidelines
In accordance with Town of Smithtown requirements, affordable units will be leased to households earning at or below 80% of the HUD Area Median Income (AMI) for Suffolk County, adjusted for household size.
Maximum income and rent limits vary by unit size and household size. Please refer to the chart below for current income ranges and monthly rents.
